Kindergarten through second grade students enjoyed a special in-school yoga class that focused on gentle stretching and relaxation breathing techniques. The children learned fun poses designed to improve flexibility and body awareness, while also practicing calming breaths to help manage stress and promote a sense of peace. The class provided a playful and engaging environment for the young students to explore the basics of yoga and develop healthy habits for both mind and body.
